SEO for Real Estate Websites

SEO for a real estate website is different from general corporate site SEO: listing pages, map data and multilingual content each need their own structure. On the Arslan Estates and Homes in Mediterranean projects we built technical SEO together with map integration and multilingual structure to reach local and foreign investors.

Where real estate sites most often miss the mark on SEO

01

When listing pages are built without technical SEO, they either don't get indexed by Google or show up in the wrong language.

02

When foreign investor searches are met with Turkish-only content, they're lost at the search stage itself.

03

Sites absent from AI-powered search results (GEO) stay invisible in the next generation of search.

How we work

SEO for a real estate website targets the specific structure of listing and area pages. Where a standard corporate site needs just a handful of service pages, a real estate site has each listing as its own page and each area carrying its own search intent. Technical SEO here ensures crawlability and schema markup let listing data be read correctly; content SEO builds pages that match search intent by area and property type. In a multilingual portfolio, if this structure isn't also backed by hreflang, the same listing in different languages can end up competing with itself and confusing search engines. As the listing count grows, this structure has to be maintained through templates and automated meta generation rather than by hand -- it can no longer be tracked manually.

For Arslan Estates we built real estate listing management and property detail pages together with SEO optimization, map integration and a multilingual structure; backed by social media links, this resulted in digital visibility that reached an international audience. For Homes in Mediterranean, we structured area guides and property details covering real estate opportunities across the Mediterranean region for international investors according to SEO, together with advanced search and filtering features; the target was a global customer base. On both projects, SEO wasn't a layer bolted on afterward -- it was part of how the listing structure itself was built; listing data was designed from the start to be readable by search engines. This approach makes it easier to add future new listing and area pages with the same technical discipline.

On the results side, the goal is for a property seeker to find you no matter what language or channel they search in. A multilingual hreflang structure and schema markup build visibility for classic searches like 'villa for sale', while clearly structured content builds visibility in AI-powered search (GEO). When these two work together, a real estate site captures not just local but international search traffic; an investor lands on the right page whatever country or language they search from, which keeps marketing budget from depending on a single channel (ads) alone. Being able to track which listing generates demand in which language turns this work into something you can see through data rather than guesswork, and lets you make decisions on measurable signals; the same data also shows which category needs more work.
