This is an English translation of the Turkish original provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
These terms of use apply to everyone who visits and uses the Piton Studios website ("Site"). By using the Site, you represent that you have read and accepted these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site.

Purpose of the Site and nature of the content
The Site is published to showcase the web design, software development, automation and artificial intelligence services offered by Piton Studios, to display completed work, and to enable visitors to contact us.
Blog posts, frequently asked questions, industry pages and similar content are for general informational purposes. This content does not constitute legal, financial or technical advice and does not substitute for professional advice regarding a specific situation. Statistics included in the content are presented with links to their sources; figures prepared as scenarios or examples are indicated as such.
Price ranges included on the pricing page and other content are starting ranges and do not constitute a binding offer. The exact scope, price and delivery conditions of a project are determined solely by a proposal or contract confirmed in writing by the parties.
Projects and third-party brands
The work shown in the Projects section includes work we have done for our clients as well as concept work we have developed ourselves. Company names, brands and logos appearing on these pages belong to their respective owners and are used solely to showcase the work. The presence of a brand on the Site does not mean that there is any partnership or endorsement relationship with that brand's owner outside of the Site.
Intellectual property
The design, text, graphics, images, software code, and the Piton Studios name and logo on the Site belong, unless otherwise stated, to Piton Studios or its licensors, and are protected under Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and related legislation.
You may view the content for personal and non-commercial purposes. Other than brief excerpts made with attribution and a link, copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying or using the content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission is prohibited.
Contact form and user obligations
By using the contact form or other communication channels, you agree to comply with the following rules:
- To share your own accurate contact information; not to send information on behalf of another person without their permission.
- Not to send content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or that infringes the rights of third parties.
- Not to use the form with automated tools, to send bulk messages, or to overload the system.
- Not to make any attempt that would hinder the security, operation of the Site, or the access of other users.
To prevent misuse, form submissions may be limited within a certain period. Submissions that violate these rules may go unanswered and may be deleted.
Personal data you submit through the contact form is processed under the Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice.
Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party pages, such as WhatsApp, our social media accounts, cited research sources, and live project sites. We have no control over the content, availability or privacy practices of these pages. When you use a link, the relevant third party's own terms and privacy policy apply.
Limitation of liability
We exercise reasonable care to keep the Site uninterrupted, error-free and up to date; however, we do not guarantee that the Site will always be accessible or that the content will always be complete. Access to the Site may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.
To the extent permitted by applicable legislation, we cannot be held liable for damages arising from decisions made based on the general information on the Site. This limitation does not eliminate liability arising from intent or gross negligence, or the statutory rights of consumers.
Changes
We may update these terms of use from time to time. The current text is always published on this page, and the update date at the top of the page is changed accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after a change means that you accept the current terms.
Governing law and competent court
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Bozüyük (Bilecik) have jurisdiction over disputes. Users acting as consumers retain their right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
