When your course center or educational institution needs to go beyond a standard promotional site to features like student logins, progress tracking or exams, we build a custom web application. We don't yet have an education-sector project, but our listing-management portal for Nexos Investment and Social Pro's multi-account architecture prove the experience transfers.

How we work

Unlike a standard website, an education platform is a web application that requires user logins, permission levels and a proper data model. We start by answering whether the institution's need fits the mold of an off-the-shelf LMS or calls for a custom system built around its own process -- because every point where a ready-made system can't flex risks turning into a manually maintained spreadsheet later. The right answer depends on the institution's size, the variety of its programs and its team's technical capacity; that's why the first step is always a scoping conversation, not a pre-packaged solution -- we understand the institution's existing processes first, and the technology choice comes after.

We haven't delivered an education-sector project yet, and we'd rather say so plainly than hide it -- and show the transferable experience we do have instead. For Nexos Investment we built a mapped, multilingual, permission-based portal spanning listing management all the way to automated PDF and presentation-format proposal generation; for our own product, Social Pro, we developed a multi-account architecture, content calendar and panel design from scratch. The student/instructor/administrator separation, content management and progress tracking an education platform needs rest on the same core principles as the architectures we built in these two projects: a correct data model, clear permissions, and content manageable from a panel. We choose the technology to match these principles and the scale of the project.

The platform we deliver to an institution is built on a foundation that can grow without staying dependent on a developer -- a structure your content team can update itself, an architecture that doesn't need a rewrite as users grow. Throughout the process we scope things together and ship the first version in the narrowest form that still works, then build on top of it -- so the institution starts seeing results in its first enrollment period without waiting for the entire platform to be finished, and we shape the next step together based on feedback. This phased approach also keeps budget and scope from spiraling out of control -- you see clearly what you're paying for at each stage, and decide the next step based on real user feedback rather than a guess.
