E-commerce Automation

E-commerce automation connects the order, payment, shipping and notification steps in your store instead of running them by hand. For Ambalaj Cini we built infrastructure that keeps payment collection, DHL shipment tracking and order status in sync and sends automatic notifications to customers and staff; we apply the same approach to stock and marketplace synchronisation.

The problems a lack of automation creates in e-commerce

01

When stock is updated by hand across multiple systems, orders keep coming in even after a product has sold out.

02

When order, invoice and shipping information sit in separate tables, there's no way to track which order is at which stage.

03

Without marketplace integration, a store has to enter listings and update stock by hand on every platform.

How we work

E-commerce automation doesn't target the store itself (catalog, payment, order flow) -- it targets connecting those systems to the outside world: marketplaces, shipping, accounting, customer communication. In our automation service we start by mapping the process: who does the manual work, at which step, with which decision. Then we decide which tool fits the job -- n8n (on your own infrastructure, no per-execution fee, no vendor lock-in) or Zapier (fast setup with no infrastructure overhead); we usually move complex flows to n8n. The goal is to eliminate repetitive work that shouldn't require a person; error handling and edge cases are documented and designed before implementation, not patched on afterward. An automation built this way stays easy to update whenever a business rule changes.

The clearest example of this approach is Ambalaj Cini: payment collection via PayTR and shipment tracking via the DHL integration stay in two-way sync with order status, and order, payment and stock changes are sent automatically to both customers and the management team through web push notifications and transactional emails. On the marketplace side we adapt the logic of our own product, Emlak Sync: a record is entered once, published automatically to several portals (101evler, HangiEv) and kept in sync, eliminating duplicate data entry. The same principle — enter once, distribute automatically to several systems — applies to stock and marketplace synchronisation. We adapt this experience to your store's own systems (stock, shipping, accounting), starting with the manual step that costs the most time and expanding scope step by step.

After setup, we keep the process observable with failure alerts, execution logs and dashboards; if a sync step breaks, you see it before orders pile up. Scope depends on the store's size and the number of systems it connects to; in the first conversation we work out together which manual task is the best fit for automation. At handover we document the process and train your team to maintain it, and we offer support for ongoing changes -- updating the automation together as the system evolves. That way automation isn't a one-time project but infrastructure that grows with your store, connecting to any new system with the same logic when it's added; we settle scope, complexity and timeline together based on your store's actual needs.
