Transfer Booking System
A transfer booking system is a flow where the passenger picks their route and date and leaves a request directly. We built this flow -- with route/price calculation and WhatsApp integration -- for Jet Transfer Cyprus, Aydın Transfer, Kıbrıs Lefkoşa Taksi, Kardeşler Taxi and Welcome Pickups. It can scale into a full web application as needs grow.
Where transfer booking gets stuck on the web
Without a booking form, every request falls to the phone; requests that come at night or while the line is busy get lost.
A service whose price can only be learned by calling loses trust against a competitor that shows a clear price.
If booking data lives in memory rather than a table, there's no way to track which channel a request came from.
How we work
A transfer booking system can be built at two different scales: a request form covering route, date and price calculation, or a full booking platform with vehicle/driver assignment, real-time tracking and multiple user roles. We've delivered the first on five projects; for the second, we'd adapt the auth, admin panel and real-time-feature infrastructure we built for Nexos Investment and Emlak Sync to the transfer sector. Which scale you should start at depends on your daily booking volume and fleet size; we settle that question together in the first conversation, so you're not investing in unnecessary complexity from the outset. For most companies the right starting point is to build the request form first and move to a platform as booking volume grows.
For Jet Transfer Cyprus and Aydın Transfer we combined online booking with route and price calculation tools; for Kıbrıs Lefkoşa Taksi and Kardeşler Taxi we wired one-tap calling and a WhatsApp flow into a mobile-first design; for Welcome Pickups we built a multilingual structure and customer reviews into a booking experience that builds trust with international travelers. Local SEO work accompanied the booking flow on all five projects, because a form that captures requests only pays off once the customer can find the site in the first place. These five projects are a real, working solution that doesn't go beyond a request form but takes real pressure off the phone line -- and setup time was kept short to match.
Once the fleet grows, or needs like online payment, vehicle assignment and a driver panel emerge, this structure turns into a web application. We don't yet have a project at that scale in the transfer sector, and we say so plainly. But the auth, admin panel and real-time-feature architecture we built for Nexos Investment can be applied to transfer booking with the same approach: role-based access, live status updates and reporting are all built on the same foundation. We decide together, based on your needs, which scale to start at -- starting with a small request form and expanding into a platform over time is also a valid option. Because we build the data model correctly from the start, your existing booking history carries over into the new system without loss whenever that transition happens.
What this solution includes
- An online booking form with route and date selection -- the request reaches the company instantly.
- Automatic price calculation by route and distance -- the customer sees a clear price before ever calling.
- WhatsApp and one-tap call integration for fast contact after booking.
- A multilingual booking flow -- a passenger landing at the airport leaves a request in their own language.
- An architecture that can scale, as needs grow, into a full-featured web application with vehicle/driver management and real-time tracking.
