Maintenance & Support

Launch isn't an ending for us. After delivery we offer an ongoing maintenance process that keeps the system running, dependencies current, and small change requests moving instead of piling up in a queue. Scope varies by project: some clients want only security patches and monitoring, others add regular small improvements every month.

What's included

01

Security Patches

Dependencies and infrastructure are updated regularly; known vulnerabilities are assessed and patched as soon as they surface.

02

Backups

Built on the daily automated backups and managed infrastructure of hosting providers like Vercel and Google Cloud; critical projects get a separately defined disaster-recovery procedure.

03

Uptime Monitoring

The team is alerted the moment the system goes down or error rates spike — issues are caught before users report them.

04

Small Changes

Text updates, minor UI tweaks, or content additions are handled under the maintenance plan without a separate quote for each request.

05

Dependency Updates

Framework and library versions are updated on a regular cadence, so the system doesn't accumulate technical debt over time.

06

Monthly Report

Updates made, issues found, and recommended next steps are shared in a short monthly report.

How we work

01

Scope Definition

We clarify which services (security, monitoring, small changes) fall under the plan and the expected response cadence.

02

Monitoring Setup

Error tracking, uptime checks, and backup verification are put in place before the maintenance plan starts.

03

Maintenance Schedule

The update and patch cadence is set — critical security patches take priority, routine updates run on a planned interval.

04

Request Handling

Small change requests are collected in a queue and worked through according to plan scope.

05

Monthly Review

A short call reviews what was done and sets priorities for the following month together.

Common questions

Yes. Bug fixes are covered under warranty for a defined period after delivery; scope and length are written into the contract up front. Once the warranty period ends, ongoing support moves to a maintenance plan.

We choose hosting platforms that offer daily automated backups and managed infrastructure; recovery largely relies on those providers' own infrastructure guarantees. For critical projects, a disaster-recovery procedure is defined separately during the architecture phase.

Minor UI tweaks and content changes can be considered within scope; a new module or substantial feature development is priced as a separate line item.

Since the code and documentation are yours, handover is possible; we provide a document explaining how the system works and, if needed, a short handover call.
