ERP & CRM
We consolidate customer, sales, stock, and accounts data that lives scattered across different spreadsheets and different people into one system. For FurCRM we brought product & variant management, accounts & finance tracking, the quote–order–invoice flow, and dealer management together in a single panel for furniture manufacturers; for Ambalaj Cini we integrated the storefront with a full back-office covering stock, shipping, invoicing, accounting, and CRM. The goal is a single source of truth instead of information held in different places by different people.
What's included
Accounts & Finance Tracking
Per-customer and per-dealer account balances, collections, and outstanding debt — visible from one screen, as in FurCRM.
Quote–Order–Invoice Flow
A quote becomes an order becomes an invoice automatically and traceably — no re-entering the same data by hand.
Stock & Production Tracking
Stock levels by product/variant and production stages visible from one panel, the way Ambalaj Cini's back-office works.
Dealer & Distribution Management
Dealer-specific pricing, orders, and account tracking — the structure we built into FurCRM's dealer management module.
Sales & CRM
Customer history, contact records, and the sales pipeline in one place, so the team can see who's handling what.
Role-Based Panel Access
Admin/staff separation and module-level permissions, as implemented in Ambalaj Cini's management panel.
How we work
Process Audit
We map the existing spreadsheets, who holds what data where, and the repetitive manual work.
Data Model Design
Accounts, stock, orders, and dealer relationships are unified into a single schema.
Module Development
Accounts/finance, stock, sales, and dealer modules are built in sequence and tested against real data.
Data Migration
Existing spreadsheet data is cleaned and migrated into the new system.
Training & Handover
The system goes live with team training and a support window.
Common questions
Off-the-shelf ERPs typically ship with modules you won't use and struggle with industry-specific flows like dealer-tiered pricing. For FurCRM we modeled furniture-industry workflows from scratch.
Yes, it can connect via API. For Ambalaj Cini we integrated invoicing and accounting directly into the back-office.
Yes — FurCRM's dealer management module was built for exactly that: dealer-tiered orders, pricing, and account tracking.
Yes. Data migration is its own phase — old records are cleaned and moved into the new schema, nothing gets lost.
