Digital Solutions for Industry & Manufacturing

For your factory, production facility or industrial supplier we build digital solutions spanning production to dealer: a corporate website, an ERP & CRM system that unifies accounts, stock and production in one panel, a B2B portal where dealers place orders, and automation that takes over recurring work. Projects like FurCRM and Ambalaj Cini are concrete examples of this approach.

The most common problems we see on the digital side of industrial and manufacturing firms

01

Accounts, stock and production data sit scattered across different spreadsheets held by different people; no one sees the full picture.

02

Dealers place orders one at a time by phone or WhatsApp; order, price and stock data get entered by hand twice.

03

The company site doesn't explain the product catalog or production capacity well enough; B2B buyers can't tell who makes what before requesting a quote.

Our take on the sector

Digitization in industrial and manufacturing firms usually breaks down on two fronts: on the outward-facing side, the site doesn't explain the product catalog and production capacity to B2B buyers; on the inward-facing side, accounts, stock and production data stay scattered across different spreadsheets. These two sides need to be built together, not separately: a dealer or buyer should find what they need on the site, and once they place an order, that data should flow straight into your stock and production plan. We built exactly this combination for furniture manufacturers with FurCRM and for a packaging supplier with Ambalaj Cini.

Our approach is to connect the corporate site to the system behind it. In FurCRM we brought product & variant management, accounts & finance tracking, the quote-order-invoice flow and dealer management together in one panel, covering a furniture manufacturer's entire operation with production tracking and reporting modules. In Ambalaj Cini we connected the storefront to a full back-office covering stock, shipping, invoicing and accounting — it's been running since 2022. As with BT Elevator, on the corporate side we use a multilingual structure and technical SEO to reach B2B buyers and international partners in their own language.

What you should expect from a well-built industrial foundation is a single data flow from production to dealer: a dealer orders on the site or portal, the data flows straight into stock and production planning, and nothing gets entered twice. Automation takes over order, stock and shipment notifications, while the corporate site builds the trust a B2B buyer needs before requesting a quote — at a glance, before the first call. The result is a system that looks professional to the outside world, cuts your dependency on spreadsheets and scattered tables on the inside, and can grow with new dealers and product lines as your company does.
