Off-the-shelf themes couldn't meet Nexos Investment's needs (advanced listing management, map-based display, multi-language, automated proposal generation). We built a scalable listing management system from scratch with Next.js, Supabase and Vercel: an interactive Google Maps + Leaflet clustered map, multi-language via next-intl, and automated PDF/PowerPoint proposal generation from listing data.
An admin panel with TipTap editing and drag-and-drop, PWA/offline support, Zod validation, Upstash rate-limiting and Playwright E2E tests delivered a production-grade platform. The firm now runs maps, proposals and content from one fully-controlled system — the technical peak of our portfolio.
