How we work

A technical quote portal is a different layer from a standard corporate website -- it's a workflow system that carries the process from request intake to finished quote document. We applied this exact approach at Nexos Investment: the system generates PDF and PowerPoint proposals automatically from listing data, eliminating the hand-built presentations a consultant used to prepare. On the Payment Tracker Bot project we built a custom system that consolidates internal records into one panel, with status tracking and role-based access. During setup we first bring your existing quote template and calculation logic into the system; the PDF output is designed to match your company's identity exactly. The PostgreSQL-based data model keeps quote history and client information in one place, so what was previously quoted to a given client becomes searchable. After delivery, the full source code is yours -- you're not locked into us to grow the system or add a new module. That keeps the entire quoting process inside one system -- reused line items stay consistent, pricing doesn't drift between quotes, and a new hire can be handed the right template immediately.
